City Bridge Foundation is seeking a Design and Learning Partner to support the development of Access to Justice, their first programme under its new Standing with Londoners 2025–2035 funding policy. This initiative aims to address systemic barriers to justice and ensure that London’s communities can access their rights without facing obstacles like cost, discrimination, or complexity.

The selected consultant will play a key role in helping to shape the programme’s structure and learning framework, with a strong focus on social justice, field building, and systems change. The role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders to design a funding approach that empowers communities and tackles the root causes of inequality in areas such as housing, social security, employment, immigration, and criminal justice.
