The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is Inspire Inclusion. For me, this means equality and fairness for women in all walks of life, regardless of their background or beliefs. Women’s rights are human rights, and a just society cannot be created without removing barriers and challenges faced by women. Therefore, inspiring inclusion means we create an environment where we celebrate our differences, challenge stereotypes, and embrace women’s diversity, age, ability, and talent.
