Organisational Development & Infrastructure

Currently, we offer this service to our COEx only, but we hope to expand this service to all our grantees in the future. We provide core support for sustainable free specialist legal advice agencies in London to help them become stable and remain viable in this challenging climate.

Our organisational development programme helps agencies to make an assessment in the following areas against a range of good practice indicators:  

• management and governance; 
• risk, business planning, and strategy; 
• financial management; 
• quality and compliance. 

Based on findings, LLST consultants work with agency leaders collaboratively with leader s and teams to respond to current and future needs. 

In addition to the organisational development support, LLST also brokers funding and other forms of support such as a money-saving scheme to help the agency to maximise its funding.
